Logan, 19, moves to York Street following the end of Michael Kuipers¿ loan spell from Brighton and an injury to Chris Wright.
Boss Steve Evans told the club website: "I tried to sign Conrad prior to Michel Kuipers and if he does as well as Michel did, he'll be a great asset."
Evans had also been interested in Luton Town's Dino Seremet.
