Champions elect Celtic will face Kilmarnock at Rugby Park on 22 April in the first set of post-split fixtures in the Scottish Premier League.
Meanwhile, Rangers will play Aberdeen on the final day of the season at Pittodrie as both sides race for the second-place Champions League slot.
The Old Firm will meet at Ibrox on Saturday 5 May with a 1230BST kick-off.
In the battle to avoid the drop to the First Division, St Mirren will host Dunfermline on Monday 30 April.
A final Edinburgh derby will take place on Saturday 12 May, with Hibernian and Hearts pitching for a Uefa Cup slot.
The arrangement of fixtures means that Celtic's earliest opportunity to secure the league title would be against Kilmarnock, unless Rangers slip-up before the split.
Dunfermline's recent 3-1 win over Inverness Caledonian Thistle on Saturday 17 March denied Charlie Christie's side the opportunity to press Kilmarnock for sixth place and consigned the Highland team to the bottom half of the table.
The last weekend of fixtures will take place on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 May.
The bottom half of the SPL will play their matches on the Saturday with a 1300BST kick-off time, and the top half will play on the Sunday with a 1400BST start.
