John Convery had a first-half effort for Portadown

The Ports have moved up to fifth in the Carnegie Premier League thanks to Alan Teggart's winner at Stangmore Park.
It was a scarppy first half with John Convery and Marc McCann going close for the visitors.
Thomas Wray should have given the Swifts a 64th minute lead but he headed over when well placed.
Teggart fired a 20-yard shot past Dwayne Nelson a minute later while Ports striker Gary McCutcheon wasted a good chance to make it 2-0.
