Chris Senior scored a late winner to ease Boro's relegation fears and dent Aldershot's play-off promotion bid.
Senior popped up with four minutes left, converting Jimmy Kelly's cross, as Boro recorded a rare away success.
Roscoe D'Sane gave Aldershot the lead from the penalty spot after a handball by Seadogs defender Bertrand Ketchanke.
Ketchanke redeemed himself by heading home a 69th-minute equaliser from Kevin Nicholson's corner to lift Scarborough away from relegation trouble.
