Hicham Azmy has retained his place on the Egyptian Football Association

The Egyptian Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr Alie El Din Hilal, has named a temporary committee to run his country's Football Association, following the resignation of the board on Thursday.
Sports journalist Essam Abdel Moneim, who works for the government daily newspaper Al Ahram, will head the committee.
Abdel Moneim is also a former goalkeeper and played for Cairo giants Al Ahly.
The previous board, led by General Dahshoury Harb, resigned after a huge campaign of criticism followed Egypt's failure to get past the group stages of the 2004 Cup of Nations in Tunisia.
Yet two members of the previous board retained their seats on the new committee, namely Hany Abu Reda, the former FA treasurer who was recently elected as a Caf executive member, and Hicham Azmy, the head of Egypt's 2010 World Cup bid.
Former Zamalek player Ayman Youness has also been invited to join the committee.
The other members of the board are Tarek Goniem, Adly El Kaeey, Mamdouh Abbas, Ashraf Sobhy, Zouhier Ammar and the former Head of Communications at Caf, Viken Djizmedjian.
Surprisingly, the committee that has been named includes six members who have links with Zamalek.
The committee is expected to meet with the minister in the very near future in order to start its work and plan how it will run the game until the Ministry announces a new date for the elections.
