Rwanda's national squad are heading to France

Rwanda's national side are heading to Marseille, France just before Christmas, for a three-week training camp ahead of January's Nations Cup in Tunisia.
The Amavubi Stars, who are making their debut at the event, will include their European-based professionals in the training squad.
Rwanda Football Association's Assistant Secretary General, Jules Kalisa, has confirmed that they have reached an agreement with France Sport, a sports company, which has sports facilities in Marseille.
The Rwandan government are to cover all squad's costs including accommodation, players' allowances, air tickets, officials' per diems and other incidental costs.
However the total cost of the trip has not been made public.
Rwanda are not the first team that France Sport have hosted in Marseille
Burkina Faso prepared for the 1998 Nations Cup there, while Senegal got ready for the 2002 World Cup in Marseille too.
The Amavubi Stars' build up in France is expected to include several warm-up games, but as yet no details have been finalised.
Kalisa says that they decided on Marseille because their climate is similar to that of Tunisia.
Following the training camp in France the squad will head to Egypt on 10 January to play the Pharaohs and possibly another game against a club side.
The team then head to Tunisia on 20 January four days ahead of their opening match against the hosts.
