2157: That Cardiff-Leicester clash takes place at the Cardiff City Stadium on Wednesday night, with the Bluebirds holding a 1-0 lead from the first leg. Whatever the outcome, that one should be pretty tasty too.

2154: A few of you have asked if DJ Campbell, who is on loan at Blackpool from Leicester, can play at Wembley if the Foxes beat Cardiff in tomorrow's second semi-final.... the answer is no.

2152: Blackpool's hat-trick hero DJ Campbell after firing his side into the Championship play-off final: "It's amazing. The club deserves it and I am honoured and humbled by our success this season. I'm delighted for the fans and humbled that I can help."

2149: As Fynnie (below) points out, Blackpool boss Ian Holloway had a short and unhappy stint as Leicester boss so would probably relish meeting them at Wembley with a place in the Premier League at stake.

2141: Blackpool's players are celebrating in front of their travelling fans... they have got another trip to Wembley to look forward to, against either Cardiff or Leicester on 22 May.

BLACKPOOL REACH THE CHAMPIONSHIP PLAY-OFF FINAL

21339: FULL-TIME Nottingham Forest 3-4 (agg 4-6) Blackpool

Forest goal: It's too little, and far too late... but Forest have scored again. Alex Baptiste's mistake lets Dele Adebola run clear and, although Baptiste makes an excellent saving tackle, the ball still runs for Adebola to tap it into an empty net.

2137: GOALFLASH Nottingham Forest 3-4 (agg 4-6) Blackpool (Adebola)

Almost a fifth goal for Blackpool. DJ Campbell breaks into the area and curls his shot on to the bar.

2136: Four minutes of added time to be played. It's not going to make any difference to the outcome though.

2135: Just a minute of normal time to go. Blackpool are heading to Wembley, to play Leicester or Cardiff in the Championship play-off final, and the Seasiders are a game away from the Premier League.

2134: For those of you that are wondering, I've not heard from Stevo tonight. He's at the City Ground. Poor bloke.

2133: DJ Campbell runs clear and looks set to tuck away his fourth goal of the evening until he is denied by a last-ditch saving tackle. Forest's usually animated boss Billy Davies is sitting down, for once tonight, I think he knows his side are out of this one now.

2131: David McGoldrick elects to shoot from out wide on the right rather than crossing for Rob Earnshaw. Chance gone, and Forest cannot afford to waste any openings right now.

2128: We haven't had a Blackpool goal for a few minutes now, which is strange. Forest and their fans look shell-shocked to be honest. They haven't given up but they have got five minutes to score three goals.

Blackpool goal: No way back for Forest now, surely? Stephen Dobbie weaves some space for a shot on the edge of the area and, although Lee Camp parries his low effort, DJ Campbell is on hand to tuck away the rebound for his first ever senior hat-trick. An incredible few minutes for the Seasiders... who look like they are going to clinch their fourth win of the season over Forest.

2124: GOALFLASH Nottingham Forest 2-4 (agg 3-6) Blackpool (Campbell hat-trick)

Blackpool goal: Amazing scenes at the City Ground. DJ Campbell exchanges passes with Stephen Dobbie and curls his shot past the helpless Camp and into the corner of the net. My aggregate scores have been all over the place tonight but it is now 5-3 to Blackpool with around 13 minutes left.

2121: Forest going for it now. They have to. Blackpool keeper Matty Gilks makes a superb double stop from Dexter Blackstock and Rob Earnshaw.

Blackpool goal: Stephen Dobbie has only been on the pitch a matter of minutes, but he has put his side back in charge of this tie, albeit fortuitously. His shot from the edge of the area was being covered by Lee Camp but it takes a huge deflection off Kelvin Wilson and flies into the bottom corner.

Forest goal: Blackpool cannot deal with a cross that is lifted into the area and Dexter Blackstock gets a vital toe to the ball and prods it into the path of Robert Earnshaw, who hammers home an unstoppable shot from about six yards out. Forest lead on the night, and we are level again on aggregate (not 3-2 like I just said, now changed! Sorry).

2111: GOALFLASH Nottingham Forest 2-1 (agg 3-3) Blackpool (Earnshaw)

2110: The ball drops for Rob Earnshaw outside the box and he thunders in a venomous drive that hits Alex Baptiste and is deflected wide. Forest want a free-kick because the ball hit Baptiste's arm but they only get a corner, from which Dexter Blackstock heads narrowly over.

2106: Half-an-hour left to play. If the scoreline stays the same, Blackpool are going to Wembley.

2105: That's the first goal Forest have conceded at the City Ground since Sheffield Wednesday scored here on 6 February. Forest won that game 2-1.

Blackpool goal: That's put the cat among the pigeons. The visitors break forward and Forest have still not got back when David Vaughan chips the ball towards DJ Campbell on the right-hand side of the area. Lee Camp comes out, perhaps a bit hastily, to narrow the angle and Campbell coolly lifts the ball over him and into the net.

2102: GOALFLASH Nottingham Forest 1-1 (agg 2-3) Blackpool (Campbell)

2100: Forest boss Billy Davies is on his feet (again) and trying to get the home fans going. They hadn't gone quiet, just a bit quieter. Not any more.

2057: More breaking news: David Cameron is the UK's new prime minister. And Tony Adams is back in management at Azerbaijan side Gabala FC.

2055: TV replays show the linesman got that last decision exactly right.

2053: Another huge call for the linesman. Chris Cohen sends Rob Earnshaw clear and he tucks the ball away. He is celebrating, the home fans are celebrating and Forest boss Billy Davies is celebrating but the linesman actually put his flag up just before the ball hit the back of the net and the goal is ruled out.

2052: Forest get the second half under way.

2050: Forest were last in the Premier League in 1999, which still seems a long time ago doesn't it? Both teams will think their absence from top division has gone on far too long but a return is within touching distance now...

2046: Lots of Blackpool fans have got in touch since Andy's half-time complaint (see 2035). My question to you lot is; were any of you alive when the Seasiders were last in the top flight in 1971, and can you remember it?

2040: I think both teams will be happy enough with that opening 45 minutes. Forest got the early goal to level the tie on aggregate at 2-2 but, since then, Blackpool have found their feet and finished the half on top. All-square and all to play for after the break.

2035: HALF-TIME Nottingham Forest 1-0 (agg 2-2) Blackpool

2035: Ooooh. Forest break quickly and they have men over too... but Dexter Blackstock is flagged offside as he runs clear. TV replays show that was a lot closer than it first appeared, and Billy Davies' reaction on the touchline shows exactly what he thought of that decision.

2033: Forest haven't conceded a goal at home in their last eight games - that's over 12 hours of football - and we are currently seeing why. Blackpool are dominating possession and passing the ball around very nicely but cannot make any impact in the final third of the pitch.

2029: Forest have been under a bit of pressure recently but their defence is holding out superbly at the moment... working hard to restrict any chances for the visitors. Seamus Coleman has just had a snap-shot for Blackpool from the edge of the area, but the ball went out for a throw-in.

2022: Just under 10 minutes to go until half-time and this tie is finely poised. Forest are ahead on the night and level on aggregate... but Blackpool are growing in confidence.

2019: Forest's turn to exchange some quick passes and they open Blackpool up before Dexter Blackstock lets fly from the edge of the area. Again, though, the shot is disappointing... and he might have been better off nudging the ball out to Rob Earnshaw who was in space to his left.

2016: Forest haven't threatened for a while but Rob Earnshaw is looking as lively as ever up front. His chested lay-off gives Chris Cohen a sight of goal but the winger doesn't get hold of his shot and it rolls wide of Matthew Gilks' left-hand post.

2013: Great stuff from Blackpool. They build from the back with a neat passing move that ends with Charlie Adam's swerving 25-yard shot which is tipped over by Lee Camp. That was a super stop too.

2006: Blackpool's Charlie Adam has a pop from a free-kick in a decent position but doesn't get enough curl on his shot - it goes round the wall but does not threaten Lee Camp's goal. The Seasiders do seem to be finding their feet a bit more now though.

2002: Blackpool survive a couple of nervy moments from the ensuing corner but eventually clear to Charlie Adam, who spots Lee Camp off his line and tries, unsuccessfully, to lob him from 40-odd yards out. This game is wide open at the moment.

2000: Another chance for Earnshaw, who is onside as he chests down a lobbed pass and prepares to shoot... only for Alex Baptiste to get back and clear the danger.

1958: Just to remind you that away goals don't count extra in the play-offs so, if the score does stay the same, we will have extra-time and then penalties.

Forest goal: Radoslav Majewski's pass should be easily cut out by Alex Baptiste on the edge of the area but he lets it run through to Rob Earnshaw. Big mistake. The Welshman pounces on the loose ball and buries a low shot in the bottom corner of the net. We are level on aggregate.

1955: That's better from the visitors. Gary Taylor-Fletcher chests the ball into the path of Brett Ormerod who is about 30 yards out but fires in a dipping first-time shot that lands on the roof of the net.

1952: Forest are still looking the most dangerous of the two sides, with Chris Cohen almost breaking away down the left just now. Blackpool? They've only managed to pump a few long balls forward so far... but you can't really blame them if they haven't settled down yet.

1949: Our first attack, and it comes from Forest. Radoslaw Majewski cuts in from the left and lets fly... but the ball flies high over the bar.

1948: Here we go. Blackpool get us started.

1944: The players emerge from the tunnel to a massive roar from the crowd... there really is a cracking atmosphere at the City Ground already. Forest's home form is formidable - they are unbeaten in their last 20 games here, and have won 17 of them. Their last defeat in the Championship was on 22 September... but it came against Blackpool.

1942: A snippet of team news for you. Forest have recalled striker Rob Earnshaw, in place of midfielder Paul Anderson, and he will partner Dexter Blackstock up front. Blackpool are unchanged from Saturday.

1938: Our friends at Infostrada have got some interesting stats ahead of tonight's tie. If Blackpool win, they will become the first team to reach the play-off final in all three Football League divisions, and reach five finals in total (Leicester can also do this, if they overcome Cardiff tomorrow). Forest? If they win, Billy Davies will be only the second manager to reach three Championship play-off finals (previously Preston 2005 and Derby in 2007) after Brian Little (Leicester in 1992, 1993 and 1994).

1925: Breaking news: Gordon Brown has resigned as prime minister. Am I the only person thinking this might be because the West Ham job became available earlier today?

1922: Back to tonight. None of the below players will be featuring for either side, sadly, although I'm sure they could all still do a decent job. My two men to watch instead are Forest's Chris Cohen (particularly his left foot) and Blackpool goal-machine Charlie Adam. He's scored in all three of his side's games against Forest so far this season... and finished on the winning side on every occasion. Will he make it four out of four?

1915: Stuart Pearce, Des Walker and Steve Hodge were the Forest players in the England squad for Italia '90. Blackpool's last World Cup player? None other than the legendary Alan Ball in 1966... although I'm sure a few Seasiders fans still counted Trevor Sinclair as one of their own in 2002.

1910: Yep, Blackpool are in town for the second leg of their Championship play-off semi-final. Ian Holloway's side hold a 2-1 lead from Saturday's extremely lively first leg but this tie is a long, long way from being over.

1905 BST: It's not so long ago that the announcement of an England World Cup squad would have been greeted with great excitement and anticipation by Nottingham Forest fans - I'm thinking 1990, just as an example. Somehow, I don't think too many people at the City Ground tonight are that bothered about who is on the plane for South Africa though...
