Division C leaders Jersey Wanderers beat Rozel Rovers 4-2 in the G4S Security Services Trophy semi-final.
Jon Chapman scored twice, Scott Young once, and an own goal completed the scoring, while Joe Gouyette and Lee Kent provided Rozel with their two.
In the other semi-final, second-placed Grouville beat St Brelade 5-2, as Sammy Wright scored a hat-trick and Henry Le Maistre and Sam Baldwin also netted.
Saints' Gary Hirst and Mike Donoghue scored as Gary McDonald was sent off.
