India retain squad for Calcutta
India have retained their 14-member squad for the second Test against Pakistan starting at Calcutta's Eden Gardens on 16 March.

The national selectors again ignored middle-order batsman Mohammad Kaif, keeping faith with VVS Laxman.

Spin bowler Harbhajan Singh, paceman Ashish Nehra and batsman Yuvraj Singh are retained despite not making the starting XI in the first Test.

Laxman hit 58 in India's first innings in Mohali after a run of poor form.

Squad: Sourav Ganguly (captain), Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar, VVS Laxman, Dinesh Karthik (wicket-keeper), Irfan Pathan, Anil Kumble, Lakshmipathy Balaji, Zaheer Khan, Harbhajan Singh, Ashish Nehra, Yuvraj Singh.
