Flintoff has just had his fourth ankle operation
|
Andrew Flintoff's comeback with the England Lions in India has been held up after he was sidelined by a stomach bug before the game against Maharashtra.
The all-rounder is touring with the England second-string team as he makes his return from ankle surgery.
He made just four runs in Tuesday's one-day win in Mumbai and his sickness was part of a bad day for the Lions.
The team had to bat with 10 men after a migraine ruled out captain Michael Yardy after the toss had taken place.
