Lewis has been in fine form for his county this season

Leicestershire's Stuart Broad and Jon Lewis of Gloucestershire have been called up to the England A team to face Sri Lanka on Thursday in Worcester.
The seamers replace Hampshire paceman Chris Tremlett, who has an ankle injury, and Sajid Mahmood.
Mahmood has been withdrawn with the selectors hinting he could play in next week's first Test at Lord's.
Lewis has taken 14 wickets this season while Broad - son of former England opener Chris - has also impressed.
"Jon Lewis and Stuart Broad have both shown fine early-season form for their counties and I am sure they will be keen to make the most of this opportunity against Sri Lanka," chairman of selectors David Graveney said.
Kent skipper Rob Key will lead a side made up mainly of players who were part of the England A touring party in the Caribbean.
England A team to face Sri Lanka: Key (Kent, capt), Cook (Essex), Shah (Middx), Joyce (Middx), Bopara (Essex), Loudon (Warwicks), Clarke (Surrey), Read (Notts), Plunkett (Durham), Lewis (Gloucs), Broad (Leics).
