Warwickshire bowling coach Allan Donald is warning fans to stay patient after starting the season on a low.
The Bears have managed just one win across all competitive cricket and Donald understands that expectations for the team are high.
He told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire: "This is a process. For us to bring back the mid-90s it will take a fair bit of rebuilding."
The Bears travel to Ireland on Friday in the Friends Provident Trophy.
Both teams are searching for their first win in the 50-overs-a-side competition.
