Sharif keeps Kent on their toes
Friendly, Fenner's, day two (stumps): Kent 360-7 dec & 32-0 v Cambridge UCCE 276-6 dec

Kent had a match on their hands going into day three against Cambridge UCCE after a daring declaration by student centurion Zoheb Sharif.

Sharif ended his innings on an unbeaten 111 with his side 276-6, still 84 runs behind Kent's first innings total.

But Cambridge were unable to make a breakthrough in the remaining five overs as Joe Denley hit 23 not out.

Darren Stevens hit 52 but Kent's lower order fell from 313-2 overnight to 360-7 before declaring.
