Rafique dismissed Butcher for six
|
Bangladesh spinner Mohammad Rafique has been fined half of his match fee for taunting England batsman Mark Butcher during the second Test.
Rafique was reprimanded by match referee Wasim Raja a day after pointing at Butcher following his dismissal.
Butcher was one of Rafique's two wickets as England were 326 all out.
In their reply, Bangladesh rallied to 93-4 in Chittagong after Rikki Clarke had taken two wickets with successive balls to leave them reeling on 63-4.
Clarke was also fined for swearing at Bangladesh's Mushfiqur Rahman in the first Test in Dhaka.
