Murray is now unbeaten in 26 fights

John Murray retained his British lightweight title after stopping Scottish challenger Lee McAllister.
The Scot started well but was sucked into a brawl by the Mancunian champion.
And a minute into the eighth round Murray delivered a cutting left to the body winding McAllister, with referee John Keane stepping in to end the bout.
Murray, 24, claimed the title last year with a fifth-round stoppage of Lee Meager and has long craved a showdown with Amir Khan.
Murray, who is now unbeaten in 26 fights, had twice been forced to pull out of his bout with McAllister, prompting the Scot to label him a "cry baby".
McAllister, from Aberdeen, has 27 wins from 29 fights.
