Greene confirms Sheffield run
Maurice Greene triumphs at the World Championships in Edmonton
Greene powers his way to the World 100m title
World and Olympic 100 metres champion Maurice Greene has said he will run at the Norwich Union Classic athletics meeting in Sheffield in June.

Greene will make the trip to the Don Valley Stadium for the event on Sunday 30 June.

The American, the world record holder at 100m, missed the indoor season because of injury.

He had been suffering from tendonitis in his knee since his World Championship triumph in Edmonton last August but has run a number of relays recently.
