The new year is in full flow and with the need to work off those Christmas excesses, a huge congratulations to everybody who has been having fun on the sports field.
This week's star is Jess, who has been performing magic on her horse.
She has been competing in three equestrian endurance races on a purpose built endurance track in the Qatari desert.
The three races were 80km, 100km and 120km and Jess won two of them and grabbed a third in the other.
She finished top junior rider on points, was the only girl and the youngest in her category - and she won some money for her troubles.

Aiden shows off his football team in Laos

Aiden has been the star behind the camera this week. He plays football in Laos and was keen to show us his magnificent group of players.
Ladies and gentlemen, please meet the World Bank Office Vientiane football team, posing at the National Stadium in Laos.
Aiden describes himself as "the long-haired slob, back row far right."
Matthew has told us about how he recently helped to set up a sixth form football team containing 16 players who had hardly ever played before.
The team had been the joke of the whole school, until they entered the 5-a-side school tournament and beat the A-Team.
Matthew tells us their victory "shut everyone up!"
Ben has joined his first 11 a-side football team after struggling for ages to find a team who'd take him on.
And after playing just one game, Ben scored a hat-trick! Ben says he just "wanted to prove to those other teams that they made a mistake in not accepting (him) as a player."
David is delighted with his golfing exploits after sinking a 60-foot birdie putt on a 190 yard par 3 hole at his local course.
Hashpal has hit his first century in indoor cricket. He hit five sixes and three fours on the way to an unbeaten 109.
Teong from Malaysia had not played football for a few years until he tried futsal the other day.
He had only ever scored one goal before then and managed to bag one more! I think Teong will be playing again very soon.
Dominic plays football for his local club and has scored 12 goals in 14 games - including four in one game.
Conor from Australia loves his rugby and in an 8-year-old tournament he managed to score 26 tries. This season he scored 43 tries!
JB from England has just made it to the Bucks U-10 cricket squad
Adrian has just played his final 1st XV game (that makes it 534 in total) for Old Dunstonians against Blackheath XV.
He started out in 1974 and is retiring to play Vets Rugby. Best of luck Adrian.
Barny went skiing for the first ever time and loved every minute of it. He even avoided any injuries!
Stuart scored four tries in a rugby match for Merchiston Castle school against Glenalmond college for their U-15 B team.
Ella has played football for all her life and is now playing for West Ham ladies and Essex county.
She tells us: "People say that girls should stick to netball and dance and all them girly things but I think that it's perfectly fine for a girl to play football."
Georgia has just achieved her green belt in judo after being skipped a grade because she knew extra stuff!
Tristan has made it into the school rugby team through his "vigorous training and hard work."
Paul has won his first squash game after taking it up to lose weight. He was 16 stone and is now down to 12 stone.
Paul says: "It has taken two years to reach this point in my life and I feel wonderful."
Sam has been spotted by the LTA at Kent and they have asked him to play some matches.
Playing for his university team, Jonny was in goal for the first time in years and pulled off some "dramatic" saves and then proceeded to fist the ball straight into the top corner to level it up at 3-3!
It ended happily though as the opposition collapsed and Jonny's team ended up winning 6-3.

Lee's year 10 football team got one over the year 11 side by beating them 2-1. Lee scored both of the goals - including his first ever header!
Ben was asked to play a year up in a school rugby match and scored two of the four tries.
Ben's second try involved running the length of the field and putting it down underneath the posts for the winning seven points...not bad for a 2nd row!
Kathryn was recently invited to attend the U-16 Scotland women's hockey training weekend.
Simon was playing football for Torpoint U-16s against rivals AFC Southway in the semi-final of the cup.
With no clean sheet all season they managed to win 3-0 and Simon picked up the man-of-the-match award.
Ashal is now the captain of his football club. He scored a hat-trick in their last match and he's dreaming of being the next Steven Gerrard.
