Eight teams compete in the regular season, with the top four advancing to the playoffs. Matches are played over four 15-minute quarters, with one point per goal. During the final five minutes of each quarter, the “Super Shot” allows goals from the outer circle to count for two points, often creating dramatic late swings and adding tactical decisions for teams.
