Cardiff Devils salvaged their weekend with an 3-2 overtime win away to Guildford Flames in the Elite League.

Devils suffered a 5-2 defeat by Sheffield Steelers at home on Saturday but bounced back in style on their travels.

A powerplay goal by Lewis Hook gave Flames the lead in the first period, before Joey Martin equalised in the second.

Jack Jacome restored the hosts' lead going into the third and it was Martin again who pulled one back with a little over a minute to go in regulation time.

Gleason Fournier came up with the winner to seal the win for Devils who remain second in the table behind Belfast Giants, who they host in on Friday night (19:00 GMT).
