    Rangers remain seven points behind league leaders Glasgow City with a 3-0 victory over Partick Thistle.

    Katie Wilkinson had Rangers ahead at Broadwood after just two minutes before Quinty Sabajo doubled their advantage with six minutes.

    Partick Thistle held off Rangers until the 79th minutes when Laura Berry found a third and all but secured the victory for Leanne Crichton's side.

    Rangers are in third, joint on points with Celtic but with a superior goal difference, and are three points behind Hearts in second place.

    Thistle remain eighth, one clear of Aberdeen below them, and three behind Motherwell above.

    Hearts keep pressure on Glasgow City at the top of the SWPL with a comfortable 3-0 win at Motherwell.

    New manager Iain Robinson suffered his first defeat since taking charge of the club earlier this week.

    Georgia Timms scored Hearts' first after 13 minutes at K Park when she headed home Lauren Wade's whipped cross.

    The visitors doubled their advantage when Sade Adamolekun's dangerous ball was turned into the net by Motherwell defender Lily Boyce.

    Jenna Slattery got Hearts' third and final goal with a powerful strike into the bottom corner as Motherwell failed to clear their lines.

    The result leaves Hearts four points behind City at the top of the SWPL while Motherwell remain seventh but fall three points behind Montrose after their draw against Hibs.

    Hibernian's SWPL title hopes suffered a blow as they were held to a 1-1 draw at Montrose.

    The result leaves Hibs 10 points behind Glasgow City at the top of the SWPL table after 13 games.

    Grant Scott's side took the lead thanks to Scarlett Herron who fired in from Ellis Notley's free-kick.

    But Montrose equalised five minutes later following a corner that wasn't cleared by the visitors and Georgia Carter was there to turn the ball into the back of the net.

    The point keeps Montrose in sixth, three points above Motherwell below them and 14 clear of Hamilton Accies on the bottom.

    Glasgow City 7-0 Hamilton Accies

    Glasgow City scored five goals in 20 minutes as they cruised to a thumping 7-0 win over bottom side Hamilton Accies.

    City were 2-0 up at the break thanks to a Lisa Forrest penalty scored in the third minute and added to by a second for the winner after 15 minutes.

    Louisa Boyes bagged a third for the hosts with 71 minutes played before Forrest added three goals in 10 minutes to put City six goals in front and striker Abi Harrison added a seventh in injury time.

    City remain at the top of the SWPL table while Accies remain rock bottom and are yet to pick up a single point.

    Celtic 4-0 Aberdeen

    Celtic eased to a 4-0 victory at home to Aberdeen to keep pressure on league leaders Glasgow City.

    Saoirse Noonan opened the scoring after just two minutes and added to her tally after 20 minutes, just after Emma Lawton had doubled the hosts' advantage.

    The fourth goal came from Amy Gallacher in the second half who tucked into the back of the net from Noonan's pass.

    The result leaves Celtic seven points behind City while the Dons recorded their fifth loss in a row to keep them second bottom of the SWPL.
