Northampton sign Saunders on two-year deal

Northampton Town have signed striker Harvey Saunders on a two-year deal after he left Tranmere Rovers at the end of the season.
The 28-year-old scored 10 goals in 38 appearances on loan for Eastleigh in the National League last season.
Saunders started his career at Fleetwood Town and went on to play for Hartlepool and Bristol Rovers before joining Tranmere in January 2023.
"Harvey brings positional flexibility with a lot of energy and pace to run in behind and stretch defences, which is a good asset for any team to have," new Cobblers boss Chris Hogg told the club website., external
