Aldershot sign midfielder Lawless and defender Dyce

Aldershot Town have signed midfielder Conor Lawless and defender Tyrese Dyce from National League South sides Dagenham & Redbridge and Slough Town respectively.

Lawless, 24, has spent the past three seasons with the Daggers, who finished 13th last season.

"Conor is different to what we have in midfield and his addition will provide good competition in the middle of the pitch," Shots boss Scott Davies told the club website.

Dyce, 25, has previously played in non-league for Spennymoor Town and Maidenhead United.

"In terms of him as a player, for me there's no better defender in one-vs-one situations," added Davies.

Aldershot, who finished 20th in the National League last season, have not disclosed the length of either deal.
