As Bournemouth continue their camp in Austria, BBC Radio Solent has taken the time to speak to club staff who perhaps don't get the plaudits but play a key role.

Further down this page you'll hear from a club chef and a groundsman but on Friday, it's the turn of Bournemouth player liaison officer Aysia Smith, who is supporting Marco Rose's side during their pre-season tour.

She told BBC Radio Solent: "I don't think you can pinpoint my job to certain things because it is very broad. It is a very reactive role, so it almost depends on what is happening from matchday duties to onboarding players.

"It can range from finding houses to sorting out visa applications, cars and schools. I also help to pay bills, book holidays and work out the logistics of things.

"The best way to describe it would be everything we do in every day life, I assist our 30 players with."
