Brackley Town have signed midfielder Charlie Cooper on a free transfer following his release by Yeovil Town.

The 29-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Kidderminster Harriers, helping the club earn promotion to the National League via the play-offs.

Cooper has previously played for clubs including Forest Green Rovers, Woking, Wealdstone and Oldham Athletic.

"Brackley stood out for me. After speaking to the gaffer [Andy Whing], it was clear it was the perfect fit, and I'm looking forward to getting started," Cooper told the club website., external
