That was a really strong press conference from Mikel Arteta, who has delivered a clear message for the second media briefing in a row.

Arteta has said that he "begs" the Premier League to increase the matchday squad size to match the Champions League so that he doesn't have to leave any players out of his squad.

He says that it will help to "maintain the value and mental health of the players" and added: "I cannot go to the kitchen tomorrow and say to two of the chefs, today you don't cook, just go there and see how they cook or go home. It's really tough."

He went on to compare 16-year-old Max Dowman with Lionel Messi and compared his own relationship with Pep Guardiola to that or Rafa Nadal and Roger Federer.
