The Burghley Horse Trials is a major three-day eventing competition, one of only seven CCI5* events in the world, that tests the horse and rider's ability across three phases:
- Dressage
- Cross Country
- Show Jumping
Held annually at the historic Burghley House, it is a prestigious event for the best horses and riders globally and is known for its challenging, hilly terrain.
