Oh,
how I love All Bar One.
Its
as formulaic, and at times as comforting, as McDonalds. The formula
has been tried and tested, and it works.
Sure,
the drinks are overpriced, as is the food, but its the epitome
of a birds pub. Im happy walking in and waiting for
my man (or friends) there. No one looks at you funny, there are
papers to read, its clean, theres lots of wine to choose
from, and the chairs and sofas are dead comfy.
Yeah,
so its the same as every other All Bar One. But if it aint
broke, why bother fixing it?

Only just started using this bar for tea time fodder. We find it a little expensive, but the food has always been good and the staff are very friendly and chatty, both of which make it worthwhile paying that little bit extra. The over 21 policy suits us tremendously. There should be more adopting this policy.

I agree with Greedy Cow, All bar One is super. Always clean, lovely, well prepared food, lots of wine to choose from which is always chilled. Friendly staff and a freshing change from a lot of the dark dingey city centre pubs!
