This
pub is situated across the road from the old Heeley Train Station.
It basically features two big main rooms and a beer garden at the
back overlooking the river Sheaf.
It's
generally pretty quiet during the day, but livens up in the evening,
and at weekends has karaoke - always good for a laugh.
The pub features its own pool table (which is very popular) and
darts. When the weather is nice, the beer garden is a must - as
it is fairly big, has plenty of tables, and is decorated nicely.
It
features a good selection of beers etc, an ATM (very handy), and
a good jukebox. It also opens early in a morning to serve fried
breakfasts on most days - which is great if you have had a heavy
night there.
A good
pub all round.
