Acquiring
a theme always does wonders for business, so when the student 'Scream'
chain bought the South-Sea in Broomhill it was set to become one
of the busiest venues in one of the most highly populated student
areas in Sheffield.
With
every night a student drinks offers night you can't go wrong if
you're 18 - 22, and for the Broomhill local the South-Sea is infamous
for its pool tables, sports viewing and as a regular comedy venue.

I would live there if they'd allow me. Comfy, relaxed and the staff are so friendly. Spot on!

Beware the sports socials! Come in on the wrong night and you'll find hockey kit everywhere and drunken rugby lads vomiting up the walls. That said, it's a good laugh if your actually IN said clubs...

Looks like a kindergarten - souless, dreary, lowest common denominator type place.

Still nice enough but not a patch on what the place used to be like - I remember many a sizzling platter being served on hungry afternoons before a drunken game of pinball - had a certain charm but now the colour scheme hurts my eyes! Still ok but just not the same.
