Simple but effective menu. Choice of traditional burgers, steaks,
etc, or try the fantastic Thai Curry!!

Bottled Grolsch at £1.50. Also range of wines and cocktails.

Nice mix of professionals during the day and 'cooler' students
later on

Really good atmosphere. Good music from nightly funky house DJ's.
Cheap drinks kept people inside.

A thoroughly enjoyable relaxed bar/restaurant during the day, and
a superb bar to give your night a good kick-start.

for money?
Extremely good value. Cheap drinks and offers on many meals (2 for
£6.50)

Only been in once and never again! Took me 15 minutes to get served when two people were serving with two other customers wanting drinks! No atmosphere, full of dopey flakes with over sized egos. Also whats with re-arranging the furniture from 8 at night? Why not leave it!?

only one thing to say lacks atmospheres and so is really only a pit stop to other places.

V Bar, sort out your dj's. Especially the tall thin one on Fridays. He needs to be honest and realise that his heart is in trance, not (badly) trying to become a soulful house dj.
