YES BILL CAME TO LESS THEN TWENTY POUNDS INC DRINKS AND SWEETS,COFFEE.

Have been on numerous occasions over last 5 years, through various changes in management and only ever had a good meal when it was part of the original chain. Very nice refurbishment with relaxing seating. Nice for a drink, terrible for food. Shame as it has a lot of potential to attract custom by providing quality food in a nice location.

Have been since refurbishment and the food and service and price was excellent and can't believe others had a bad time. I'll definitely be going again.

We went for a meal here and found it not very good at all. The quality of the food was't good for what we paid. Won't be going again.

I've been in a few times in the past year and found that since a refurbishment took place that the prices have increased and the quality and quantity of the food decreased. Also for one pint of lager and a glass of red wine, I was charged £7.50, and when I asked if this was correct I was told very snootily it was. The actual pub itself is very nicely done out but its not worth the price etc for the standard of food.
