Well,
this was a strange one!
It's
rare that the Greedy Cow disagrees with her dining partners, but
Nibblers proved more contentious than most.
My
dining accomplice and I decided that a big English breakfast was
in order, so we joined the queue of construction workers and requested
our brekkies - I had the regular, and he chose the large one (with
black pudding). Construction workers always seem to know where to
find a good fry-up, so for me at least, things were looking up.
My
plateful of fried food arrived, and was generous, hot and just what
the doctor ordered. I tucked in, and a few scant minutes later I
was replete and happy.
My
partner, on the other hand, thought the black pudding had a dodgy
texture, and that the meal in general wasn't up to scratch. He left
the cafe disappointed.
Oh
well. You can't please all of the herd all of the time. I'll compromise,
with 3 moos.

Hi,
Just read your Nibblers review and I agree - the food, service and
memories of the staff can be patchy (don't ring in big orders -
at least one or two orders will be forgotten and you won't find
out until you're back in the office). Nibblers is really more for
students these days.
