What's
your name?
Phil Gray
Where
is it?
Copley Road, Doncaster
What's
the number?
What's
the grub like, then?
Vegan/ Vegetarian. So no meat :-(
But,
very good food nonetheless. Excellent vegetables (I can't vouch
for the salad as I've never had it), imaginative main courses, superb
desserts.
What
did you drink?
fresh fruit juices, freshly brewed coffee, varieties of tea, beers
& wines etc.
What's
the crowd like?
Bohemian and perhaps a bit precious but generally ok.
Anything
else you'd like to say?
It opens chiefly for lunches and has a wholly different menu for
occasional evenings.
Value
for money?
Very good - starter, main course and dessert for two is about £10-15.00
Anne Hirst A very accurate review. In addition, I can vouch for quality and content of the salad, the chips are 'real'and my only complaint is that I never have room for a pud and have to take it home for later. 27/05/05
