Sudan's leaders ordered protester killings, says BBC report

The BBC has found evidence that the mass killing of protesters in Sudan last month was ordered from the top and planned in advance. President Trump has abandoned his attempt to add a question on citizenship to the US census but says he'll use an executive order to get the information.
