There's been an outpouring of grief and anger after the publication of a photograph showing the dead bodies of two migrants in the Rio Grande which separates the United States and Mexico. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime says 35 million people worldwide are estimated to suffer from drug use disorders, more than previously thought. We speak to Ken Wyatt, the first Australian Aboriginal person to be appointed Minister for Indigenous Australians.
