What is Angel Row's new help point for?

Angel Row, just off Market Square, has had a new 4m (13ft) pole installed, fitted out with a 360° camera, lights, and a button which can connect you straight to the council's CCTV control room. The idea is that anyone in trouble or needing help can press the button for immediate assistance.
