Police: no sentence will undo hurt Bush has caused

Senior Investigating Officer for Humberside Police, Detective Superintendent Alan Curtis and Laura Tams, Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor for the Crown Prosecution Service spoke outside Hull Crown Court after ex-funeral director Robert Bush was sentenced to 20 years. Bush admitted 67 offences, including denying 30 people a decent and proper burial, and fraud charges relating to presenting families with the ashes of strangers.
