Farmwatch

Available for over a year

Lush Greens is a Community Market Garden situated in Hengrove and surrounded by houses, that each week provides 60 families with fresh food grown on the 2 acre site, as part of a community supported agricultural scheme – which allows people to pay what they can. The team which includes urban farmers Jimmy Thomson and Olly Jamieson, and a group of volunteers, all help seed, harvest and bag the fresh veg each week. Any surplus veg is then sold wholesale to other community projects in Bristol.
