Jasper Parrott is best known for pioneering innovative ways of managing classical musicians, by prioritising their individual wishes over business needs. Born in Stockholm in 1944, Jasper’s early life was spent travelling between England, where he went to school, and the former Soviet Union. Jasper settled in London in his early twenties, and in 1969 founded the music management company HarrisonParrott Limited. Along with improving classical music management, over his near 60-year career, he has also played a prominent role in the creation of many international arts and cultural events.
