The Women Against State Pension Inequality (Waspi) group is threatening to take the government to court, for refusing payouts over changes to the pension age. Last year the Parliamentary ombudsman said millions of women should get up £3,000 because they weren't properly informed. The government apologised, but insists it can't justify spending £10.5 billion of taxpayers' money on compensation. Nicky Campbell asked 5 Live listeners if a payout for the Waspi women is right.
