Reggae icon Smiley Culture is honoured with a blue plaque for his contributions to music and culture. His music was a pioneering form of reggae and rap. The plaque was unveiled at the late icon's former home in London. His daughter Natara Emmanuel Russell reflects on his legacy. Reporter: Karen Gabay.
