The government has activated emergency measures to ease prison overcrowding. Operation Early Dawn allows defendants to be kept in cells until a prison space is available. Prisons Minister Lord Timpson says it will help "manage the pressure felt in some parts of the country". Nicky Campbell asked listeners what they think needs to happen to solve the crisis in our jails.
