Sir Keir Starmer has held an emergency Cobra meeting to consider how to respond to the widespread anti-immigration violence in towns and cities across England and Northern Ireland. The weekend saw some of the worst rioting in recent years, in the wake of the fatal stabbing of three young girls in Southport last week.
