For a tenth month in a row, global temperatures have reached a record high. March 2024 was the warmest March on record - with global sea temperatures also at a high. Some scientists warn the world could be about to enter uncharted territory. The BBC's environment correspondent, Matt McGrath, looks at the factors behind the trend.
