By-elections are always seen as a test of the Prime Minister's leadership, and the two being held in England on 15th February are no exception. Voters in Wellingborough and in the South Gloucestershire constituency of Kingswood will go to the polls to decide who they want to represent them in Parliament. But why do these areas need new MPs, and what kind of issues are at the forefront of people's minds as they prepare to cast their votes? BBC Northampton's political reporter, Laura Coffey, and her counterpart at BBC Bristol, Pete Simson, explain all you need to know, for this episode of 5 Questions On. (Image: Getty)
