The Welsh Government is bringing in the first nationwide 20mph limit on residential roads. 7,700 miles of carriageway will change from 30mph to 20mph on Sunday. Scotland says it will follow suit by 2025. There are no plans for a change in England. Nicky Campbell asked callers to 5live if the Welsh Government is right. Is 20 plenty?
