More than 1800 flights have been cancelled because of a flight data issue. National Air Traffic Services have said a flight plan that its systems could not process was behind Monday's technical problem. It’s caused a huge backlog of flights, and a quarter of a million passengers had their journeys cancelled but because it's a problem at National Air Traffic Services, and not the airlines, travellers aren't entitled to compensation. 5 Live listeners shared their thoughts with Rachel Burden.
