The Bank of England has raised interest rates to 5.25% , which is the 14th consecutive rise. The bank hopes by raising rates it will help bring down inflation, which was at 7.9% in the year to June. 5 Live listeners spoke to Chris Warburton about how rising rates were affecting them.
