Around 90% of phones and tablets in the UK will make a loud sound like a siren on Sunday 23rd April at 3pm. The siren is a test of a new emergency alert system from the government. If it works, it may be used to warn people about floods or other life threatening situations in the future. They say it could one day be "the sound that saves your life". So how will it work and are there any concerns over potential disruption or distress? For 5 Questions On, BBC Correspondent, Dan Johnson, takes us through it all. Image Credit: PA
