Donna Langley is one of the most powerful women in Hollywood. She is the first British woman to run a major American film studio. And she's been behind some of Hollywood's biggest films. Her decisions have led to huge surprise hits like Mamma Mia, enduring film franchises like Despicable Me, as well as forthcoming movies like She Said, about the Harvey Weinstein scandal. Now she has big plans for Tom Cruise which will take him into a whole new orbit. Not bad for a woman who grew up on the Isle of Wight and arrived in LA 30 years ago to chase the Hollywood dream.
